In what ways is The Lion King a Marxist critique?
I’m doing a study of Marxist critique and would like to delve into whether or not any of the ideology is present in Disney films, the Lion king in particular. So far I’ve analyzed the alienation effect evident with the animals of the Plaguelands in contrast to those of the Pridelands. Was wondering if anyone could come up with some more.
